Article 1: Conditions​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

These terms apply to any order of a machine MENART by an end user, affected by the bid "FREE IPAD", as defined in Article 2 hereof, and passed to the company MENART between 15/05/2012 and 30/09/2012.
The conditions complement the MENART terms of conditions.

The applicable conditions are those in effect at the date of porder. ​

Article 2: Content of the offer​​​​​​​​​​​​

2.1 The "FREE IPAD" offer is reserved to all persons ordering the following machines, between 15/05/2012 and 30/09/2012:

        - H101D shredder

        - H121T shredder

        - 4300 SP turner

        - 4800 SP turner

        - 5300 SP turner

 

It is not valid with any other promotional offer.

2.2 The "FREE IPAD" offer consists of an IPAD WIFI-3G 16 GB from APPLE, white or black depending on availability.

​Article 3: Control and order validation​​​​​​​​​​​​

3.1 The client choose a machine from the "FREE IPAD" action equipment list, detailed in section 2 hereof.

3.2 Than the customer signs the purchase order sent by the MENART Company and sends it to headquarters:

3.3 The customer's order will be confirmed upon receipt by MENART of the purchase order signed and a deposit corresponding to at least 30%, on 30/09/2012 at the latest.

Article 4: Price - Payment​​​​​​​​​​​​

The "FREE IPAD" offer will only be applicable upon receipt of a signed order form for the equipments specified in Article 2, and the deposit payment or the total amount before 30/09/2012.

Article 5: Shipping and delivery​​​​​​​​​​​​

5.1 The shipping and delivery of the product included in the "FREE IPAD" offer will be made after payment of the total amount indicated on the order form signed by the customer.

5.2 Delivery is by courier. In case of absence, the customer will be in touch with the carrier to arrange a new delivery date.
Note: MENART cannot be held responsible for delays in relation to the delivery time announced to the customer upon registration of the order, or non-delivery, provided that such delay or cancellation is due to the lack of performance of its obligations by the customer (failure to send the signed order form, proof of payment or requested by the customer prior to 30/09/2012).

Article 6 - Applicable law​​​​​​​​​​​​

These conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to these conditions of the "FREE IPAD" offer is the sole of the Court of Mons jurisdiction.
In the event that one or more provisions of these terms of the "FREE IPAD" offer become invalid after a change in legislation or by judicial decision, this does not in any way affect the validity other clauses of Terms and conditions of the "FREE IPAD" offer, which would remain applicable.
